- Asia and Oceania Customers: Delivery via UPS / Fedex.

- All Europe Customers : We recommend you to order though www.nikkor2d2.com
- Delivery: Upon confirm of your payment, the product will be dispatch
within 3 weeks.
Return Policy
- Our 7 days/ one hour lamp usage (Projector only) upon receipt return
program means you can return your item should you be dissatisfied with your
purchase within 7 days or up to one hour of lamp usage. You must return the
item to us, insured for full value, with original packaging, documentation,
blank warranty card, manual and accessories. We reserve the right to
determine if the customer has followed the conditions/directions on this
email and on our Website. The sales representative and the sales manager
make the final decision on qualification. If the return qualifies, you will
be refunded the purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee. Freight charges,
for delivery and return, and related insurance charges, will not be refunded
or credited. All returned items are subject to the criteria stated below in
the section "Condition of Returned Items." No return will be
accepted and no refund made on any product after 7 days.
- Customer pays all shipping costs and must insure the package for the
purchased value. Acceptable shipping carriers are UPS / Federal Express. Do
not send return merchandise via post office.

Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be in new and resaleable condition and meet the
following criteria:
- The box must not be written or marked in any way. If the box is written
on, the returned product will be refused.
- If lamp hours less than 1 hour of usage, or if the product is returned
damaged, missing items, or exhibits excessive wear and tear, a 15%
restocking fee will apply regardless of other return or exchange terms.
- Items must be in the original shipping carton with all original packing
material. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of items that have been
assembled or modified.
- Include all accessories in their original wrapping/packing material. The
actual replacement cost for missing items will be deducted from your
refund/credit.
- Include all manuals, warranty/guarantee information, and instructions. The
actual replacement cost for missing items will be deducted from your
refund/credit.
Damaged Merchandise
In the event the merchandise you receive is damaged, please notify our
Customer Service Centre via email service@nikkomalaysia.com within 48 hours. Our
insurance agent will then appoint a surveyor to conduct a survey to check on the
extend of the damage
Defective Merchandise
In the event the merchandise you receive is defective, please notify our
Customer Service Centre via email service@nikkomalaysia.com within 48 hours.
